• Customer Contact & Delivery Details: Your full name, phone number, optional email address, and physical delivery address (or restaurant table number) strictly required to prepare, process, and deliver your food orders.
• Order & Cart Details: Selected dishes, line item quantities, custom kitchen cooking notes/preferences, promotional voucher codes, subtotal, and chosen payment method (e.g., Cash on Delivery / Pay at Table).
• Camera & Photo Uploads (AI Chef Feature): When you choose to use our optional AI Food Chef assistant to analyze dish images or generate custom home-cooking recipes, the app accesses only the specific photos or camera captures you explicitly select. These images are transmitted securely over HTTPS to the Google Gemini API solely to generate the requested culinary insights and are not used for advertising or facial recognition.
• Technical & Crash Diagnostics: Anonymized device model, operating system version, unique device tokens, and crash telemetry via Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose performance bottlenecks and ensure smooth app operation.

2 How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information solely for transparent and legitimate restaurant operations:

• To receive, confirm, cook, and dispatch your meal orders to your doorstep.
• To display real-time live kitchen preparation status on our 5-stage Order Tracking portal.
• To calculate valid promotional discounts (such as 15% off with code VFRESH15) and dynamic delivery fees.
• To respond directly to your customer inquiries, catering requests, and feedback.
• To maintain application security, prevent unauthorized access, and monitor server health.

3 Third-Party Service Providers & SDKs

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information. We only share information with trusted platform SDKs essential for app operation:

• Google Play Services: Manages core in-app updates and app distribution on Android devices.
• Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC): Provides anonymous crash stack traces and diagnostic logs to fix bugs.
• Google Gemini API / Firebase AI (Google LLC): Processes food photos on demand to generate nutritional and recipe analysis for our AI Chef assistant.

4 User Data Retention & Right to Erasure

We retain customer order logs only as long as necessary for order fulfillment, accounting, and customer assistance.

Requesting Account & Data Deletion: You have the absolute right to request the permanent deletion of your phone number, order history, and contact records at any time. Simply email us at privacy@vfreshkitchen.com or contact us at +880 1700-000000 with your name and phone number. Our database administrators will permanently delete all records within 7 business days.

5 Children's Privacy

The vFood app and website are not targeted at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately to have the data removed.

We employ industry-standard security safeguards—including HTTPS SSL encryption, bcrypt password hashing, rate limiting, and HTTP security headers via Helmet—to safeguard your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or interception.
